Greg Barta had information on Diamond Maps, an affordable mapping system for Oak Hill Cemetery.  James Krivachek would be the administrator and a App would be available general public could view the map and attached information.  The cost would be $ 14.00 monthly.   Motion by Leuenberger, second by Glass to approve Diamond Maps for Oak Hill Cemetery.  All aye, motion carried.    A discussion was held regarding “off road” fuel for the mower, Kubota and street sweeper.  Motion by P. Schmitt, second by Leuenberger to pursue a portable tank for off road fuel.  All aye, motion carried.  A water line leak was discussed, this line serves the Rendezvous Days Food Vendor Area.  This is not a city line and is owned by Sindelar’s.  They have stated they would not be interested in repair of this line.  This will be brought up at the next Rendezvous Committee meeting.  The city has received correspondence that NICC would no longer be renting the gym, this would open up options for the city use of the facility.  The road closures for Rendezvous have been approved by Winneshiek County and the stop sign approved by the IDOT.  The library/museum steps were discussed.  Also discussed was the status of the 28E with the Fort Atkinson Fire Department, dust control at the corner for Rendezvous, a light on the exterior of the building at the lagoon, and paint of the pickleball court.

The Winneshiek County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan was considered for approval.  Motion by K. Schmitt, second by Glass to approve Resolution # 405 adopting the 2025 Winneshiek County Hazard Mitigation Plan.   Aye:  K. Schmitt, P. Schmitt, Glass, Leuenberger.  Motion carried.
