  1. Consider Change Order # 1 for New Public Water Supply for Shawver Well (to deal with issues encountered while drilling) with an additional charge of $ 25,000.

  1. Consider approval of contract change order # 4 for JB Holland for the wastewater treatment facility with an increase of $ 4,760.00.
