  5. Resolution # 410 authorizing the use of a Term Sheet and setting date for the private placement of a General Obligation Water Improvement Bond, Series 2026.
  6. Consider garbage service effective July 1, 2026             a.  Hawkeye Sanitation          b. Richardson Sanitation      c. Shimak Sanitation
  7. Approval of the Historic Preservation Annual Report
  8. Approve and appoint Ron Franzen and Marie Riha to the Historic Preservation Commission.

  10. Last and final reading of Ordinance # 49 regarding water rates
  11. Review and approve any building permits submitted
