  1. Call the meeting to order.
  2. Roll Call.
  3. Pledge of Allegiance
  4. Consider approval of consent items (agenda, minutes from May 6th. meeting claims for May and the clerk/treasurer reports.) Approve ABD license “The Fort” and Cigarette Permits for Huber’s Store and Lickety Split.
  5. Approval of Resolution # 412 authorizing and approving a Loan Agreement, providing for the placement and issuance of $ 150,000 General Obligation Water Improvement Note, Series 2026 and providing for the levy of taxes to pay the same.
  6. Approval of solid waste contract Hawkeye Sanitation
  7. ICAP and IMWCA renewal notices
  8. Discuss/Approve Resolution # 411 regarding weight limits on certain streets
  9. Anyone not on the agenda wishing to address the council
  10. Approve 1st. reading of Ordinance # 50 regarding sewer improvement fees
  11. Review and approve any building permits submitted
  12. Maintenance Report             a.  Update water tower project, street improvement project, update Cushman hauler, banners, house #’s, Oak Hill Cemetery, Nuisance properties, lagoon issue, fl80
  13. Items to be added to next months agenda, Next months meeting July 1,  2026
  14. Adjournment (to lagoon to view the issue)
