  1. Public Hearing on Status of Funded Activities for the City of Fort Atkinson Water Supply Improvements Project

 

  1. Tom Madden update on lagoon and well projects
  2. Consider Shawver Well Change Order # 2 requesting a contract extension
  3. Consider Blazek Corp Change Order # 2  for a $ 2460.00 due to upgrade size of pump
  4.             Consider PPE# 5 for Blazek Corporation $ 71,822.01
  5. Discuss cost from  Alliant to build electric line to well site
  6. Consider PPE # 10  to JB Holland  $ 527,674.51
  7. Possible approval of Resolution  # 380 to fix a date for a public hearing on proposal to enter into a Water Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement and to borrow money thereunder in a principal amount not to exceed $50,000  (am waiting for an updated estimate from Alliant, that amount will determine if we need to borrow more or not)
