  1. Public hearing to consider vacation of a part of third street right-of-way located in the City of Fort Atkinson, Iowa and conveyance of City property to David Humpal, Charles and Arlene Lynch, Dale and Jennifer Leuenberger and Brian Leuenberger
  2. Approve Ordinance # 32 to vacate a part of third street right-of-way located in the City of Fort Atkinson, Iowa (waive readings)
  3. Approve Resolution # 362 approving the conveyance of a part of third street right-of-way located in the City of Fort Atkinson, Iowa to David Humpal, Charles and Arlene Lynch, Dale and Jennifer Leuenberger and Brian Leuenberger.

 

  1. Set date for public hearing on the Max Budget Levy (Feb 1, 2023)

 

  1. Discuss Community Center use with representatives of the parish (have not heard from them)

 

  1. Approval of Resolution # 360 setting the meeting time for the monthly regular council meetings

 

  1. Approve Resolution # 361 directing the clerk to publish notice of hearing on the adoption of the proposed “Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Atkinson, Iowa.

 

  1. Approval of consent items (minutes from November 30 and December 13, clerks reports and claims for December 2022)

 

  1. Approval of any building permits submitted

 

  1. Approve the Calmar Courier as the office newspaper for the City of Fort Atkinson, Iowa

 

  1. Approve the same officers for 2023 for the Fort Atkinson Fire Department

 

  1. Approval for city to sponsor a Community Foundation Grant application
