  1. Public Hearing convey city owned real estate
  2. Approve Ordinance # 37 to vacate part of 11th Avenue (waive readings)
  3. Approve Resolution # 385 approving conveyance to Matt Shatek

 

  1. Set date for public hearing to amend the 2023-2024 current budget for March 4, 2024 (have to change meeting to be compliant with budget rules for the year)

 

  1. Persons wanting to address the council (if not on the agenda)

 

  1. Discuss/review 2024-2025 proposed budget

 

  1. City Maintenance Report

           

  1. Consider approval of any building permits submitted
