  3. Consider approval of consent items (minutes from November 1, 2023 and November 19, 2023, claims, clerk/treasurer reports Approve payment of Northeast Iowa Backhoe Service extra work on water main extension project (this is included in the claims with the extra work added in)

  1. Discuss/consider/approve the correction to the alley in Block 48

            If agreed set date for public hearing to vacate portion of street in exchange for alley

 

  1. Discuss salaries for budgeting purposes and other budgeting items

 

  1. Persons wanting to address the council (if not on the agenda)

 

  1. Discuss designating Calmar Courier as the official newspaper ( i would rather not)

  1. Wellmark Insurance Cost increase 3.44% from 655.46 to 678.02 as of 1/1/24
