  3. Approval of Shawver Well Change order # 3 (matches contract quantities to quantities installed) A housekeeping change order.
  4. Approval of final pay to Shawver well (release of retainage and closes out the well part of the project.) $ 14,963.23
  5. Approval of Blazek acceptability of work
  6. Approval of contract change order # 5 for Blazek Corporation (this matches quantities and is a housekeeping change order)
  7. Approval of final pay and release of retainage for Blazek Corporation $ 26,655.80

 

  1. Update on Tax Abatement question, and Shouse information, Tupy’s

 

  1. Community Foundation Grant, Depot Outlet Grant, Alliant Tree Grant

 

  1. Approve Resolution # 388 Approving the Salaries effective July 1, 2024

 

  1. Set date for public hearing on the adoption of the 24-25 budget (April 24)

 

  1. Consider approval of any building permits submitted

  1. Clerk request to close out the sewer project hi-fi savings account and move funds to sewer savings (not project any longer)

In Order to be compliant with budget timelines we have to have a meeting on April 24, 2024 to adopt the 2024-2025 budget so it can be submitted to the Iowa Department of Management by the deadline.
