Garbage

The City of Fort Atkinson's contracted garbage hauler is:

Garbage is picked up though-out the City on Tuesday mornings.

The fee for solid waste collection and disposal service, used or available, is established by the collector and approved by the Council.                        
The current residential monthly rate is $11.43.  Commercial garbage rates are established on a per business basis.

The garbage fee is included on the monthly combined service utility bill; i.e.,water,sewer, garbage,  due by the fifteenth (15th) day of each month.
